Viptakabat Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the viptakabat platform and all its services. "viptakabat", "we", and "us" refer to the entity operating the website at https://viptakabat.co. "Member", "user", or "you" refers to any individual registered on the viptakabat platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Key terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — the viptakabat website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "Account" — Each member's personal registered account.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds received from promotions or bonuses, managed separately from your main balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a member's identity and age.

To use viptakabat's services, you must create an account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false or misleading information will result in account termination.

Viptakabat is an internationally licensed platform. Our strict policy is that no person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. viptakabat reserves the right to verify the age of any member at any time.

We may request the following KYC documents prior to your first withdrawal or if any suspicious activity is detected:

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during this period. Submitting false documents is a serious offence and will result in permanent account closure.

Viptakabat supports deposits and withdrawals via all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No conversion fees or hidden charges apply.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT) per day.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account may result in funds being forfeited.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (two lakh BDT) per day; higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Processing is typically completed within 1–24 hours.
• Funds in your bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Viptakabat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Each bonus offer must be claimed and used within its specified time limit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically between 10x and 30x.
• Each bonus may only be used once — the same offer cannot be claimed twice.
• Bets placed with bonuses may be subject to a minimum odds requirement (generally 1.50 or higher).
• Cashback bonuses can generally be withdrawn directly.
• Viptakabat reserves the right to void any bonus if a breach of bonus terms is suspected.

The following rules apply to all betting on viptakabat. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

• Bet Confirmation: Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, the bet is considered final. Bets placed in error cannot be reversed.
• Odds Changes: Once a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will remain in effect regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds in live betting change continuously. viptakabat is not responsible for any missed bets due to connection issues.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout for a single bet is ৳50,00,000 (fifty lakh). Separate limits apply to accumulator bets.
• Technical error: If a bet is accepted at abnormal odds due to a system error, viptakabat reserves the right to void that bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on viptakabat. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Any attempt to introduce malware or viruses into the viptakabat system.
• Bonus arbitrage or systematic bonus abuse.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Viptakabat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time and for any reason. Under normal circumstances, however, we will endeavour to notify you in advance.

Reasons for account suspension:

• Incomplete KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns.
• Suspected involvement in prohibited activities.
• Temporary lock for security reasons.

Reasons for permanent account closure:

• A serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is proven.
• Court order or request from a regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue any service at any time.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
